I never thought that I would be excited for chemo but......

We are a go!  My white cells shot way up from 3.0 to 14.1.  My disease fighters went from 0.69 to 11.7, which is awesome.  Thank you for all your prayers, positivity and my massage from Veronica!  They worked.

Cheers,

Chris

  1. We are praying for you, brother! While chemo makes you feel bad, it is making the cancer feel WORSE. I so appreciate your honesty and heart in this. The road may be bumpy and windy and sometimes scary but remember you are in good hands spiritually with God on your side, in good hands emotionally with your two girls who adore you, in good hands medically with a great team of doctors, and in good hands in any other way needed with a host of people who love you and are here for you. AND the Seahawks are having a great season just to add a little extra something something! : )

Dark clouds may come, but days like today remind us there is beautiful sunshine just beyond…

    Hugs!

  4. Terrific news, Chris! I am so thankful for you and for your blog. It helps me to stay close and to be more specific in my prayers. If you feel like the 'icks' today, hang in there. You are not bumming anyone out and it is just your body doing what it needs to do.
    hugs!

  8. I ordered Team Chris wristbands from here: http://www.choosehope.com/product/no-one-fights-alone-wristband

If you buy 50+ you can get them for a discount. We found that the Youth size fits most women and kids while the Adult size fits everyone else.
